Another highlight from our trip to Kentucky last December: Afton’s first time seeing snow!
It was well after Christmas Day, but still just as magical!
She LOVED going sledding for the first time—she’s been talking about it ever since! I have great memories of sledding in this neighborhood as a kid, but I didn’t try out the biggest hill until I was a lot older (and still only with my Dad at first); this girl is a lot braver than me! And how cool is it that this sled has been in my family for four (or is it five?) generations now?!
Fingers crossed for another Kentucky Snow Day this Christmas! ;)
