Two super talented performers in a row?! That’s right, a week after I hung out with the Wizard of Oz, I had the most fabulous Little Red Riding Hood in front of my camera—Meet Emily!
I was truly in awe of her performance in Into the Woods last fall, so I was thrilled that she was agreeable to starting her session right here at the Mary C. (The appropriateness of the RED dress didn’t even occur to me until later, but regardless, isn’t she just STUNNING?!)
We switched out the heels for sneakers and headed downtown! It’s impossible to hang out under these umbrellas without smiling. :)
Next stop, our beloved First Pres. (We rescheduled this session because of rain, and this glowy light through the leaves made me SO happy for how the weather turned out.)
On to the beach!
The tide was super low, and I loved how we could see her reflection in the water—so fun!
We soaked up every last drop of light, and it was SO worth it!
Emily is headed to Ole Miss (a family tradition) in the Fall and plans to pursue a career in law (which we joked is not so different than theatre... in some ways. ;))
Thanks for letting me capture this exciting season for you, Emily! I’m confident that the next chapter will be beautiful and inspiring, just like YOU.
