Nothing makes me feel more honored that being part of a family tradition; what a blessing to have been documenting these beautiful humans for FIVE years now!
Eden has grown so much since I first had her in front of my camera at age three, but she’s still an enthusiastic explorer of the natural world, and I love it!
I was so delighted that she brought Mummy along again!
We switched up locations to a different spot at Gulf Islands National Seashore but still managed to end up finding a big log to balance on—another tradition, it seems!
Not the first time I’ve asked Eden to hide in the bushes, either. ;)
So much beauty!
I promise there were no cars in sight when we walked down the middle of the road, ha! I just couldn’t resist the metaphor of the “share the road” sign. :)
The light was so beautiful along the bayou! We saw an egret and a bald eagle (we think) but no alligators.
I’m so thankful I got to capture another season for these three!
Let me know if YOU want to hang out in the woods with my camera and me next year—it’s time to start scheduling 2026 portrait sessions! :)
