It’s always a good day to photograph an event at beautiful First Pres! This one was no ordinary event though—Pastor Scott & Rebecca Castleman were celebrating 25 years of marriage with a vow renewal!
I had a bit of a love affair with this gorgeous bouquet by Jessie Partridge of Maidenhair Floral and Palmette.
There was so much anticipation about the arrival of our beloved couple! The event was a surprise for Rebecca before the day of, which definitely reminded me of another special vow renewal where Scott played a different role. Major difference this time: lots of guests!

The scriptures, musical offerings, and sweet anecdotes from the fabulous Castleman kids were the perfect touch.
The Fellowship Hall was beautifully prepared for, well, fellowship! (Shout out to Nicole of Hotty Knotty Balloons and Sara W, but I know there were so many others behind the scenes making this happen, too!)
There wasn’t much time, but I am so glad these two humored my request for a quick portrait session outside. Don’t they look fantastic?!
